FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Murj to Showcase Expanded Cardiac Monitoring Strategy at HRX Live 2026

Peer-led programming to highlight real-world outcomes in remote patient monitoring (RPM), reveal technology advancements for cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) clinics and cardiology practices

SAN FRANCISCO, Sep. 15, 2026 – Murj®, a cardiac device management software and services company, today announced its programming at HRX Live 2026, the Heart Rhythm Society’s annual innovation conference taking place September 18-20 in Atlanta.

Murj began by reimagining CIED management around the needs and workflows of the people delivering the care. The company has since extended that approach across dedicated heart failure, ambulatory cardiac monitoring, and remote patient monitoring, supported by an expanding interoperability infrastructure across cardiac care environments.

At this year’s conference, Murj will highlight outcomes from its latest case study with Waco Heart & Vascular, an early adopter of Murj’s newly launched software-first Remote Patient Monitoring platform. After deployment, the practice achieved nearly 90% long-term patient engagement, a $1711 annual reimbursement per patient, and scaled its RPM program with its existing staffing structure.

To address persistent cardiac device data silos, Murj is also sponsoring the HRX Data Interoperability Roundtable, driving dialogue on seamless EHR integration across CIED ecosystems. Dr. David Slotwiner, cardiology chief at New York-Presbyterian will host panelists from University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Scripps Memorial Hospital, Westchester Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Hartford HealthCare Heart & Vascular Institute, and Murj to discuss the next generation of care for cardiac device patients.

“We started Murj by going into device clinics, listening to the staff doing the work, and building technology around what they actually needed,” said Todd Butka, CEO of Murj. “That approach still drives us today. As cardiac monitoring has expanded, we’ve applied that same focus on workflow, clinical context, and the care team to heart failure, ambulatory monitoring, and RPM. And we continue to innovate with new solutions such as Murj Verity™, bringing thoughtful use of assistive AI to CIED management. The technology continues to evolve, but our core principle remains the same: listen to the people doing the work and build what helps them do it better.”

Murj’s full HRX Live 2026 programming schedule includes a variety of customer-led sessions and the sponsored roundtable, all focused on the real-world application of a broader cardiac monitoring strategy:
