With over 37 years of experience in cardiac EP and implantable device follow-up, Missy Allen is well-versed in advancing patient care through innovative practices and streamlined operations. A passionate advocate for efficiency, Missy utilized Lean Six Sigma methodologies to consolidate multiple device follow-up clinics utilizing EMR systems under the Norton Heart & Vascular Institute, driving operational excellence. Allen has been a trusted speaker for industry leaders such as Boston Scientific and Medtronic, sharing expertise on a wide range of topics within the cardiac EP and device sectors.

Tara Mudd is a highly accomplished and dedicated nurse practitioner with a specialization in cardiac EP. Since joining Norton Healthcare in June 2008, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to advancing cardiovascular care. Mudd provides strategic and operational oversight for a comprehensive range of critical programs, including cardiac EP, advanced heart failure (HF) and recovery, vascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. 

Driven by her deep understanding of patient needs and natural ability to forge meaningful connections, Mudd also maintains clinical practice in the Norton Heart & Vascular Institute AFib Clinic.
