Letter to the Murj Community

We are facing a truly unprecedented time. The coronavirus pandemic is affecting all our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, including all the healthcare workers who are on the front lines to care for those in need.

We recognize the impact these events may have on your cardiac device clinics. Murj is ready to support device clinic operations in any way we can. Just today, we increased video conferencing capacity to handle expanding demand.

We are also here to help transition the at-risk CIED patients to remote care. Per CMS guidelines, older patients with pre-existing conditions should use telehealth remote care wherever possible. Existing analytics on the Murj platform provide instant access to a list of patients not yet on remote care.

And if clinic staff needs to work remotely? Murj was made for this challenge — Murj can be accessed from any internet-ready computer, so device care workflow, from technician transmission review, to RN review, and MD approval, can continue uninterrupted on Murj.
